1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rwxtek.com, our product pages, and purchases of RWX-TEK products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Orders & Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors).
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). RWX-TEK does not store full card details.
  • Prices are in USD unless noted. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.
  • Promotions and pricing may change without notice until you complete checkout.

3) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Please inspect packages upon delivery and report issues promptly.

4) Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date. To start a return, email customertek@rwxtek.com with your order number.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and a safe seal to ship. We may deny returns showing misuse, excessive wear, or damage.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error. You’re responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

5) Product Use & Safety

  • Use products as directed on the label. Always test on an inconspicuous area.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eyes and ingestion. Review any Safety Data Sheets (SDS) where applicable.
  • RWX-TEK is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, incompatible surfaces, or failure to follow instructions.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including logos, product names, text, graphics, and images—is owned by RWX-TEK or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it except as permitted by these Terms.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security, scraping, or using the Services for illegal purposes.

8) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as required by law, RWX-TEK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RWX-TEK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in California, United States. You consent to their jurisdiction.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
